These services provide you the services of a full-CFO but at a fraction of the time and cost.  This service works for businesses that need a seasoned finance partner and can't afford a full-time CFO but they also don't require those services full-time.  As your Fractional CFO, our Principal would work at your site on a weekly basis, 4 days each month.  She would prioritize her time and deliverables based on the priorities and objectives which you set-out together before starting the engagement. 

 

Deliverables could include:

• Business diagnostics & strategy development

• Annual strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting; employee goals and objectives flow-down

• Instituting relevant operational business metrics (KPI's) and review and decision processes

• Cash & working capital forecasting and management (collections, right-sizing operational costs/labor)

• Managing other professional finance relationships: Banking , CPA etc.

• Implementing and/or expanding financial and operational system capabilities

• Relevant capital and/or other investment analysis for decision making (eg. product development, plant & equipment)

• Production of bank package information or investor/board of director packages

• Financial due diligence, valuation modeling and integration work associated with acquisitions

• Business exit or succession planning

• Introduction of controls and/processes to safeguard assets.

• Monthly management financial results analysis discussion and action plan setting

• Working with office personnel to finalize monthly closings and produce financial reporting packages
